On May 7, 2025 at 04:24 UTC, block #1595136 was mined, marking another important step in the PirateCash masternode reward schedule. With this block, the masternode share of the block reward has officially increased to 30%.

- Masternode Reward: 7.5 PIRATE
This change is part of PirateCash’s long-term reward redistribution model aimed at promoting network decentralization and strengthening masternode participation. The reward split is adjusting gradually over time, providing more incentive for users to run and maintain masternodes.

The next scheduled reward increase will take place at block #1644985, which is estimated to be mined on July 17, 2025 at 17:28 UTC. At that point, masternodes will receive 35% of the block reward.
